Welcome to PocketRep. By accessing or using our app and website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

PocketRep provides a web-based sales follow-up application with contact organization, reminders, deal tracking, and AI-assisted drafts, coaching, summaries, and related sales workflow tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

Eligible new individual subscriptions receive the free-trial terms shown at checkout.
If you cancel during the free trial before the first paid subscription charge, you will not be charged and access ends when you cancel.
After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
Subscription fees are charged on the billing schedule and at the price shown at checkout. The current individual launch offer is monthly.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI outputs.
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content to the AI system.
Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users under a single account.
Use AI-generated outputs in ways that deceive, defraud, or harm others.
Upload, retain, export, or contact customer data that you are not authorized to use, or use PocketRep in violation of your employer's policies or applicable privacy and communications laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI outputs provided by PocketRep (follow-ups, objection responses, etc.) are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. PocketRep does not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs for any specific purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The PocketRep app, website, brand, and all related content are owned by DryvnAgency LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. AI-generated outputs you create using the Service are yours to use for your business purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling during a free trial ends access immediately and prevents the first paid subscription charge. If you cancel after a paid subscription has begun, your subscription will not renew and access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription charges already collected are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused paid time. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POCKETREP AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and your use of PocketRep are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws in the United States, and to other applicable laws where required. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
