You can cancel PocketRep at any time. What happens to access depends on whether you are still in the free trial or have already started a paid subscription.
During the free trial, cancellation ends access immediately and you will not be charged. After a paid subscription begins, cancellation stops renewal while access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
New individual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial when shown at checkout. If you cancel before the first subscription charge, no paid subscription fee is charged and PocketRep access ends when you cancel.
Subscription charges already collected are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time in a paid billing period. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not reverse a charge that has already been collected.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically mean that all account data is immediately deleted. To request deletion of personal data, email privacy@pocketrep.pro. Deletion requests are handled subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
If you return after cancelling, the price available at the time you resubscribe may apply. Availability of prior account data depends on whether the account or data was deleted.
