PocketRep.pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PocketRep mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Account information: name, email address, and password when you register.
Usage data: call notes, AI conversation history, and follow-up messages you generate within the app.
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
Device data: device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the PocketRep service.
To generate AI-powered follow-up messages and objection responses on your behalf.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. AI Processing

Call notes and conversation content you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (Google for text generation; OpenAI for voice transcription) solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and conversation history are deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to operate our service:

Supabase — database and authentication
Stripe — payment processing
Google (Gemini) — AI text generation
OpenAI (Whisper) — voice transcription
Vercel — website hosting
Expo / Apple / Google — mobile app distribution

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

PocketRep is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
