I built PocketRep after years of watching the same problem repeat itself: a salesperson can earn a customer's trust, deliver the vehicle, move on to the next fresh up, and then lose the relationship simply because the next follow-up never happened.
The problem was not that dealerships lacked CRMs. The problem was daily execution. Between showroom traffic, internet leads, appointments, trades, calls, texts, deliveries, service questions, and everything else happening at once, good customers were easy to forget.
PocketRep started with a simple question: Who should I work right now, why does that customer matter today, and what should I say next? Rex is built to help answer that question using the context the salesperson already knows.
What I write about
The PocketRep resource library focuses on practical automotive follow-up: unsold shoppers, sold customers, payment objections, trades, lease maturity, referrals, ownership check-ins, ghosted prospects, and working a book of business without turning every message into generic automation.
The same truth rails used in PocketRep apply to the content here: do not invent urgency, do not fabricate results, respect opt-outs and dealership policy, and keep the salesperson responsible for customer communication.
